Kisnet provides the following help topics. If you do not find what you need you may want to tell us using the Customer Opinion form we provide.

• Cookies are disabled in your browser

This is a common problem in many browsers. There may be a good reason why you have cookies disabled but in order to use some features found in the Kisnet website cookies need to be enabled. For a guide on how to do this follow this link: Cookies

• 'Just wanted to say' service will not work

Sometimes the auto messaging service appears not to work. It may be that you have erased your message by accident or have not saved it properly. Follow this link to the 'Just wanted to say' page.

You may need to reload your previous message.

This can also be due to cookies being disabled in your browser. In order for you to enable cookies follow this link: Cookies

When you have enabled cookies return to the 'Just wanted to say' page and reload your message.

If you have been away from the Kisnet website for a long time you may find that you have been timed out. This may be after about 30 minutes. In this case your message will have been erased and you would have to re-type it in again.

Remember that your message should be available for the duration of your shopping time with Kisnet.
