Welcome to the Kisnet User Help Guide.

The following explains how our gifting service works.

Unlike many websites which only allow you to choose your gift wrapping at the checkout Kisnet puts gifting first. You need to choose from the range of giftable items or collections we stock.

There are three interactive icons associated with many of our products. Each one activates a different gifting service. All gift packaging associated with the gifts have been carefully chosen to allow your selection to be gift packed. You do not have to worry about choosing a gift packaging size. Just choose your favorite style.

Each gift is delivered with your personal message printed on one of our gift tags in a stylish font which you can view in your browser.

Clicking this icon attached to a product allows you to gift the item singly.

• ( This item belongs to a collection which can be bought as a gift )

Items with this icon attached to them means that the product is part of a giftable collection which will be based upon some theme such as scent or manufacturer. You may be able to buy two or more of the same product as part of your gift. For example: Two Rose Soap, or Two Rose Body Butter etc.

Clicking this icon will direct you to a list of bespoke gifting collections the product is part of.

Items with this icon attached to them means that the product can be gifted along with some collections. You may only buy one of these main products but mix and match what are in the collections to suit you. For example: A Travel Bag gifted along with a Lavender Body Care Collection.

Clicking this icon will direct you to a list of suitable collections to gift with this item.

Kisnet stocks a range of occasion cards which may also be personalised with your own message. The message will then be printed on an insert using a stylish font and either sent direct to the recipient or placed with your gift if you have bought one.

If you have a clear idea who you are buying the gift for then you may like to write your personal message first using our Personal Messaging Service.

This way you will be able to see your message in each card or gift you view.

When you have bought a gift collection your items will be entered into the shopping cart as follows:

The first item (DELUXE GIFT READY TO GIVE) is classed as the master item. You can remove the whole collection by clicking its remove button.

Items with three dashes ( --- ) are those items you have chosen as part of your DELUXE GIFT READY TO GIVE collection. You may remove any one of these items by clicking their associated remove buttons.

'Your Gift Packaging' and 'your personal message' will both be attached last and can be removed by clicking their associated remove buttons. Be careful when doing this as your card or gift will be despatched minus gift packaging or without your personal message.

All prices are shown next to your chosen items. If they are free of charge then it will show a value of £0.00. Any Discounts will be shown in the cart and if you have a Promotional Code then after you enter it into the Promotional Code box the offer will be calculated on the Subtotal Price less any Discount.

Where you see the items GIFT READY TO GIVE and DELUXE GIFT READY TO GIVE you will notice that they are priced as zero pounds. This is correct because they are services not products.

The total cost will be automatically re-calculated.

Before you can purchase your product you must have checked the boxes which indicate that you have read both our Delivery Policy and terms and conditions so that you understand our obligations to you and what is required of you when making a purchase from Kisnet which is a web based business.
