Delivery Terms

These delivery terms outline how your goods will be delivered to you and our obligations to you.

Kisnet attempts to deliver your goods as quickly as possible.

Buying your item couldn't be easier. Just click on the buy button and it will be added to your shopping cart. Go to the checkout and enter your Billing and Delivery Addresses. Click the Process Order button and you will be directed to the final stage of the payment process. You may be asked to authenticate your card using either 3D Secure or Verified by Visa which you can find more about on our Secure page.

When you have placed your order you will receive automatic confirmation by email that we have received your request. Our customer fulfillment centre (CFC) will then process the order and make it ready for despatch. When your payment has been cleared your order will be posted out to the recipient you requested at the checkout. This may take up to three days as the banks take time to transfer the money. You will be automatically emailed when the goods have been despatched.

Receipt of a confirmation email does not constitute a contractually binding obligation for us to fulfill your order. Kisnet will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. This is to protect us in the case that a mistake might have been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to seek your acceptance.

You may track your order by clicking on the Order Tracking link at the top of our website pages. If for any reason you do need to contact us regarding any holdups in your delivery then don't hesitate to email us using our Customer Opinions page, stating the nature of the complaint.

Our standard delivery charges are weight based and reflect an estimate of the total weight in your shopping cart. The weight includes any packaging that might accompany the product, not just the product. Prices are as follows:

• Standard Delivery charges apply to UK mainland only
• Occasion cards are post free
• Up to 500g - £2.50
• From 500g to 1000g - £3.50
• From 1000g to 2000g - £4.95
• If a DELUXE GIFT READY TO GIVE is purchased postage and packaging is set to £4.95
• Orders totalling over £40 receive FREE standard delivery
