web browsing software such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Seamonkey, Safari
or Google Chrome.
Enabling and Disabling Cookies
Cookies are used by Kisnet Limited to enhance the user experience. In order for you to be able
to take full advantage of our website you will need to enable cookies in your browser. Here is
a guide to how you may do this if you wish.

Internet Explorer ( Including BT Yahoo! Browser which is no longer supported)

Click on Tools on the top menu

Select Internet Options on the drop down menu

Select the Privacy tab

Select the Default button

Select OK

You may need to restart your browser. ( In the case of BT Yahoo! Browser make sure you sign out )

Mozilla Firefox
-
Click on Tools on the top menu

Select Options on the drop down menu

Select the Privacy tab

Ensure the Accept cookies from sites checkbox is selected

Then check the Accept third-party cookies checkbox
-
Select OK
-
You may need to restart your browser.

Opera
-
Click on Tools on the top menu
-
Select Preferences on the drop down menu

Select the Advanced tab
-
Select Cookies from the left menu
-
Select the Accept Cookies option button
-
Click the OK button
-
You may need to restart your browser.

Seamonkey
-
Click on Tools on the top menu
-
Select the Cookie manager flyout menu
-
Choose Allow cookies from this site
-
Click the OK button in response to the message
'Cookies from this site will always be allowed'

You may need to restart your browser.

Flock
-
Click on Tools on the top menu
-
Select Options on the drop down menu
-
Select the Privacy tab
-
Ensure the Accept cookies from sites checkbox is selected

Then check the Accept third-party cookies checkbox

Select OK
-
You may need to restart your browser.

Safari
-
Click the cog icon in the top right corner of the screen.
(If you hover your mouse over it you should see Display a menu of general Safari settings)

Select Preferences on the drop down menu

Select the Security tab
-
On the 'Accept cookies' panel choose the Always option button

Close the menu by clicking the cross in the top right hand corner

You may need to restart your browser.

Google Chrome
-
Click the spanner icon in the top right corner of the screen.
(If you hover your mouse over it you should see Customise and control google chrome)

Select Options on the drop down menu
-
Select the Under the Hood tab
-
Scroll down to Cookie settings:

Select Allow all cookies from the drop-down menu
-
Click Close
-
You may need to restart your browser.
